Shipping Policy

Unless made to order, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Made to order items have a minimum of 4 weeks lead time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

When buying from overseas (non UK), some charges and duties may apply. These are the customer's responsibility. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please do let us know if anything is wrong with your order.

We can offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days of receipt of the item, or store credit.

Once we have received the return, a full refund will be issued. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the returns postage cost.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns for bespoke items.
